Kyle's strengths lie in guiding and coaching individuals and teams to meet objectives while aligning with company KPIs.
His background includes leading business process improvements by identifying and addressing gaps and risks, ultimately contributing to enhanced business efficiency, reputation, and elite customer service at Elite Health Network Pty Ltd.

Candice Burt

Senior Behavioural Support Practitioner

Leading the BSP team, Candice brings a wealth of expertise to Elite Health Network Pty Ltd.
Rooted in a foundation established in Social Work at Flinders University, where she graduated in 2008 with Second Class Division A Honours. Boasting over 16 years of experience within the SA State Government, Candice has consistently honed specialised clinical skills across diverse disability domains, including Dementia Care, Brain Injury, Mental Health, and Forensic Mental Health.
In the last eight years, Candice had proved to be a pivotal member of the State Government, dedicating efforts to the SA Statewide Forensic Disability team at James Nash House. In this role, Candice has been instrumental in providing Senior Social Work skills, particularly focusing on aiding individuals in their recovery from complex mental illnesses entangled with the correctional system. The responsibilities encompass discharge planning and facilitating community reintegration.
Candice's previous role within State Government saw her as a Team Leader, overseeing mainstream Community Mental Health services. Here, Candice played a crucial role in supporting complex mental health consumers in transitioning from Inpatient Psychiatric Units to the community, utilising integrated supports from NDIS providers. This position demanded exceptional networking skills to deliver high-level support to consumers in the NALHN directorate. Candice’s journey has culminated to the role of Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner for Elite Health Network Pty Ltd, spurred by her expertise in identifying complex risks for mental health consumers. Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission, Candice is committed to developing and delivering behaviour support to NDIS participants requiring assistance with behaviours of concern. Candice thrives in working with highly complex situations, employing problem-solving skills and implementing effective strategies to ensure optimal outcomes for Elite Health Network Pty Ltd participants.
